STEP 01
Upload
Send the prescription number to WhatsApp or upload to Pharmak Direct application.
-Liya makes an appointment with her GP or In-Network doctor to receive a prescription.
-Liya sends her prescription to Pharmak Direct using Whatsapp or Mobile App.
STEP 02
Confirmation
Receive confirmation after prescription approval.
-Liya receives a notification to confirm approved prescription.
-Liya receives a notification to confirm delivery date and time.
STEP 03
Delivery
Regular updates during the delivery process.
-Liya receives an SMS from the courier team with a live tracking link.
-Courier will request proof of ID by way of Emirates ID or Passport upon delivery.
-Liya receives an electronic proof of delivery email after her package is delivered.
STEP 04
After Sales
Prescription Renewal
-After delivery, Liya will be contacted by Pharmak Direct’s After Sales service team regarding any future prescription requirements.
